Contact Vault Studio Pro

Email is the way to reach us: support@vaultstudiopro.com. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.

There's no contact form on purpose. A form would need a server to receive it, and email keeps things simple and private: you choose what to send, and you keep a copy. There is no phone line. Before you write, the FAQ may already answer your question.

Please don't attach confidential documents. A description, a screenshot with private details removed, or a sample file with dummy content almost always tells us enough.

Help with the app

For bugs, files that won't open or look wrong, or anything confusing, tell us:

  • which tool you were using (Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF, Image Studio or File Safe);
  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
  • your browser and operating system, for example "Chrome on Windows 11";
  • the file type, and roughly how large the file is.

Lost license keys and purchases

We don't have accounts, so we find your order by the email address you used at checkout. Write from that address, or include it or your Stripe receipt number. On a device where Pro is still active, you can also copy your key from the plans dialog with "Copy my key".

Refunds and cancellations

Include the checkout email address or receipt number and the plan you bought. You don't need to give a reason. The refund policy lists the refund window for each plan. To cancel a subscription yourself, use "Manage billing" in the app's plans dialog.

Privacy requests

To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us from the address you used at checkout so we can match your records. We don't hold your documents, so requests cover order records and emails. The privacy policy explains your rights.

Security reports

If you find a vulnerability in Vault Studio Pro, this website or our license server, please email support@vaultstudiopro.com with "Security" in the subject line. Helpful details are:

  • what the issue is and what an attacker could do with it;
  • the steps or a proof of concept to reproduce it;
  • the browser, page or endpoint involved.

Please test only against your own data, don't access or change other people's information, and don't degrade the service for others. Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it publicly, and we will keep you updated on progress. We don't run a paid bug bounty. Our security.txt lists this contact in the standard machine-readable format, and the security page explains how the app is designed.

Press and partnerships

For press questions, reviews or partnership ideas, email support@vaultstudiopro.com with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line and a short description of what you have in mind. The about page describes the product and how it's built.
